You know I think I just found out a way of making perpetual energy! Hook up a tether ball to a generator flywheel and have a government rep on one side and a disclosure rep on the other. Boundless energy for all or until they both get tired or bloody noses. Proper disclosure will not happen for at least another 8 decades or so. Why? Second verse is same as the first as with everything else Gov related. Follow the money and pack well!

I agree thast we should keep studying the UFO phenomena and keep questioning the government. But let's let the evidence answer the questions, not our beliefs or desires. Remember, there are two possiblilities: 1. the govt. is covering up info about alien contact 2. the govt. knows nothing about aliens
Don't eliminate the second possibility too quickly. The govt is clueless about lots of things!

Much love to Jeff! He made sense and will be flogged for it! To expound a bit on possibility 1. if they are we'll have to beat it out of them because a few are making money screwing the rest. Possibility 2. They'll never admit their fecal matter smells just like everyone elses! So in any case its time for MUFON@home and the TRACKER's. Its the only way to beat it out of em!Don't need them!

First, even if some in government did have access to hard evidence, the person who wrote that reply would most likely not be in the loop. Second, some people who actually handled the Roswell debris have said that it was not of this Earth, including Jesse Marcel and his son. Walter Haut, who was the public information officer at the 509th Bomb Group ordered by base commander Colonel William Blanchard to draft the famous original press release announcing that the United States Army Air Force had recovered a crashed "flying disc," wrote an affidavit to be sealed and not released until after this death. Haut affidavitThat's pretty strong testimony, but not accompanied by hard evidence available to the public. If he was sincere, one could say he was doing what he believed to be his civic duty (to give people the truth). One could also say that those who participate in a cover-up are doing what they truly believe to be their civic duty (to protect people from the truth), although some may be just following orders with which they personally disagree. And if there have been ETs in contact with such government personnel, it's possible that the ETs themselves have said that in their experience it was better for a population not to know they were being observed by an more advanced species. If a thriving primitive tribe somewhere on Earth is discovered that knows nothing of modern society, should they be contacted or left alone? But long before the Haut affidavit became public, the USAF put out the explanation that the "bodies" were dummies used to test parachutes, dropped in 1956 or 1959, and that the various people who claimed to have seen bodies in 1947 must have had the dates mixed up, not that there aren't lots of other stories about what they might have been. But even if people did see bodies that looked more or less like the popular image of alien Greys, it's hard to imagine that aliens, or even unknown technologically advanced sea-dwelling beings from Earth, would allow bodies of their fallen comrades to remain in human hands. In that regard, those Grays might be androids. Of course, someone who did an autopsy should have been able to tell the difference between an android and a lifeform, but without communication with a living example, it would be hard to be certain of their origin, even if the most logical theory would be that they were from a planet orbiting one of the 49 nearby (within 51 light-years) solar analogs. And if hard evidence is strictly required, even the word of a nonhuman entity as to its origin would not meet that criterion. Jesse Marcel, JR claimed C. Richard D'Amato invited him to the White House during the early 1990s and acknowledge that "there is a black arm of secrecy over the subject." I think those inside the government know about the ET issue but you have to also look at who has a real say in government. Unfortunately it's not you or I or some disclosure petition that will be met with a plausible deniability response.

I think there's way too much focus on Conspiracy and Coverup in the UFO community, it's almost as if there's more interest in the possibility of a coverup than in actual UFOS and Alien contact.
The only thing I really can say concerning all this is that if I ran the gov and was gathering alien tech I'd certainly keep it secret. Also all those gov. agents and employees coming forward have to count for something else why do it. Why risk ridicule, loss of respect, jobs and in fact even breaking laws and rules they've sworn to hold to?

It is what's in the governments best interest and that is not to let everybody know because poo will hit the fan if they were to let everybody know, that there are 50-100 different civilisations that are more intelligent than us and have currently visited earth, but are too scared of us and our guns to come down and introduce themselves. that is a lot for man kind to take in
