State Sued For Not Investigating UFOsCitizen Says Virginia Should Do More To Protect The Peoplewww.theindychannel.com/entertainment/142910/detail.htmlDenise Felder, Staff Writer Should Governor Jim Gilmore be protecting his fellow Virginians from space aliens? Larry Bryant thinks so. He's suing Gilmore, claiming the governor isn't doing enough to repel extraterrestrials infiltrating the Commonwealth. At the very least, Bryant wants Gilmore to convene a grand jury to investigate alleged cases of alien abductions. Bryant also wants a SWAT team of the Virginia National Guard to be ready to capture or repel alien invaders. Bryant couldn't find a lawyer to handle his suit, so he's representing himself in court. A spokesman for the state attorney general says the suit will be handled by their "X-Files" department. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- LARRY W. BRYANT, a resident of Alexandria, Va., focuses his research and writing efforts on national-security affairs (including information-access matters and First Amendment jurisprudence). If you Google-ize his name (even were you to write it as: larrywbryant), you'll find enough background information to satisfy almost anyone's curiosity about his activities, associations, and achievements. (Note: as far as he knows, as of this writing (3 Jul 08), his name has yet to end up on the national No-fly List.) ufoview.posterous.com/
