I ran across a Skype app the other day which started me thinking about technology connectivity. Using different technologies in order to have 'real time' connection to MUFON members around the country. I'm sure this idea is not new or novel. However, with the ability of connectibility to iPhones, Tablets, computers, etc. I would propose a project to establish a system whereby members have the ability to make contact with other members when the need arises to inform each other on real time events. Example 1: A hard sighting of a UFO occurs and the call goes out to area members as to configuration, speeds, etc. and those along the expected flight path are alerted. Example 2: (you enter your thoughts) I will ask you to think about my proposal before dismissing it outright. In this day of technological advances we should be able to come up with some form of system to keep each other better informed.

Yeah, youbetcha! I don't know what all that Project Bravo / ufo connect is supposed to have available, but it sure sounds like a large leap in the right direction. I'm sure there are lots of ideas out there that could help create something like a rapid response team, of sorts.

I don't have an idea but I was wondering how I go about putting a question out to everybody?? I have this question if anybody can answer it here goes: Is that guy Bob or Robert Dean taken seriously? I have seen some of his interviews and the ones that are old seem to me to be pretty good but I just watched one he did not that long ago where he says he has been having relations (Sexual) with the aliens since he was 3yrs old. I kind of thought that he was just making that up for attention. I was wondering if you guys take him seriously or if you used to. I just joined today and this is all new to me. But it is something that has fascinated me since I was a child. But anyway if anybody knows who I am talking about I would appreciate some feed back... Thanks Again!!!

Hi dennis, here is my opinion for whatever it is worth. I have followed Bob Dean ever since he first started talking about UFOs and his involvement with them. I believe he fell victim to the publicity that soon surrounded him. As his speaking engagements became weekly I believe he ran out of new material and got tired of saying the same thing over and over. So he started to add things and soon he was saying the most outrageous things with nothing solid to back it up. I have seen this happen with a few others as well. I think they just get to a point and don't care anymore. I would rather they just stop doing public appearances and write books, but when they are getting paid large sums of money to speak I think they feel some sort of obligation to do it.

You know, we are close to that tech already. But if we could speed it up somehow i see it increasing the chances of retaini ;Dng some hard evidence. Im all for it.

Skywatch Alert is part of UFO Connect, which will allow users to intently report a sighting over a independent database that will share the report live. I will preview the functions of the app currently under construction here. www.facebook.com/pages/UFO-Connect/185659578161451

I have this idea about how ufos are able to do what they this theroy is based on electromagentics and magnetics. also elctromagnetic spetrum includes radtion on it and some reported ufo crashes say that radation posioning happened soon after.

I would like to extend this post by asking about experiences from those who have taken the next setp and purchased equipment and have research. Has anyone actually completed a project or are involved in a project whereby they might relay that experience to us?
I would be nice to not 'reinvent the wheel', so to speak. I am interested in beginning a project, but would like to hear from those who have some know-how as to types of equipment that work best or ideas to pursue.
I remember a year or so ago reading several articles online about a researcher who had a stationary complex and several years of research, but I cannot find any references to this mans research.
If anyone has experiences they would share with myself and others, I am sure we all would appreciate hearing from you about that research. This is one of the best ways to move forward in our quest for understanding.
Thanks, Mike

If some UFO's are capable of 'time manipulation' then anyone who investigates an UFO encounter especially of the 3rd or 4th kind (abduction) cannot rationally make or logically explain the event due to it being other dimensional or metaphysical...which we have no rational way of explaining. I.E. Your investigation in Mexico where the photo's time sequences of the photo's being shot did not follow the time sequence of the electronic camera which was being used when the shots were supposedly taken one after another. If certain UFO sightings are capable of 'time manipulation' then the investigators are screwed because the camera also could be affected by other worldy technology!

During a sighting witnesses don't want to look away even for an instant to grab a camera or deal with settings. In the JAL 1628 case one of the guys in the cockpit tried to take pictures, but the features of the particular camera, one the first with auto focus, were troublesome, even though he tried to deal with it by switching the manual. But then the shutter wouldn't close and he gave up (it wasnÂft his camera). I wouldn't expect anyone to stop gawking and fiddle with a cell phone.
Someone has offered to program a notification feature for cell phones in the area to be automatically triggered by my automated detection and stereoscopic photography software. Maybe it will be ready in time, maybe not. This system only detects hovering objects in frame of two cameras tens of meters apart but can't judge whether it's a helicopter, balloon, or disc. But notification by cell phone would happen about a quarter-second after the object appeared in view of the cameras (remaining still for that long suggests hovering and activates the system).
The point is that it's automatic and automatically notifies people while the object is there to be seen.

Just wanted to say the ships they use are running on the cold temperatures of space and using the magnetic fields for propulsion. The info is real its been verified in a laboratory, near absolute zero temps levitate and move the frozen puck around a track from on top and below if the puck can stay cold enough it will keep on going for ever. Space cold is a super-conductor.

I still remember the popularity of CB radio. I went to Dutch Harbor Alaska to fix a satellite terminal in the 70s and was put off by the constant chatter on the system. How much communications actually goes on above the level of one bird chirping to another. I never had one installed in my vehicle. This forum is dead, right now I'm the only active member on line, yet the subject is very serious. Why has UFO activity decreased by 98%. Is it possible that when looking for water that is not toxic you find alot of bugs there and if the water has none, watch out. Do they possibly know that this place is going to be wacked by some cosmic disaster. Just a crazy idea from someone who has actually seen one blatantly, low and slow in daylight, flying into midtown Manhattan, New York and that was delibertly avoided by the top media. That's why I'm leery of any smoking gun govenrnent document. There may be alot of smoke that hides the fire or the gun.

How much data do you need to verify that UFOs exist and that our culture is a pathological lie. People watch cops and courts on TV because they want to believe in fantasy. The technology involved can only be guessed at because it may be millions of years ahead of anything we comprehend. Why did the one in Dever appear to be black in the middle when it flew over an individuals head. The one I saw appeared to be stobing black in the middle but it could be my vision receptors were overloaded from the intensy, an artifact. Has this entity figured out how to manufacture and control a mini black hole and sacrifice mater into it to derive energy? Fusion confinement seems an elusive science fiction goal that has seen vast sums of money, technology, talent, and time pour in with no end in site and if accomplished would involve very massive machinery and power just to break even. A micro isolated black hole would be stable if confined and if destabiized might self destruct into the equivalent of the 1908 Tunguska event or the more recent Feb 15 Siberia meteor. On a nano scale there might be unknown quantum effects rather than the thing sucking everthing in like on a macroscopic scale. It might be "unstable" and act different. It is believed that these might have been created in the Big Bang because so much energy was involved. Stephen Hawking came to the conclusion that black holes vaporize over time by giving off quantum energy.

Sounds like a good idea. There are similar apps available for other domains such as Geocaching, local emergencies, local weather events etc. Perhaps the simplest app could just be a Google/Bing map with pins for reports while allowing people to add new events using their geolocation and allowing people to receive alerts for new events within x km radius. A nice feature would also be to view events in order as an .rss feed so people could register using any rss reader on their mobile, PC or using a control in their website. I've seen a couple of UFO trackers in the Google App Store but they don't appear to be maintained and don't include any new reports.
I'd suggest keeping it simple and just making it a way to instantly raise an event allowing local MUFON members to receive the notification and go out to potentially witness it.
