Not sure if this has been addressed before but it has been bugging me for awhile.. On MUFON's UFO Report form they request that the submitter choose any distance that applies when they are indicating whether the sighting was a close encounter or further away. This should be changed to "choose only one distance". The report should be referring to the closest distance the object or entity came to the observer, not all possible distances experienced. As a result of them suggesting that the filer of the report should choose more than one distsance, the report ends up duplicated under more than one distance in the online database search. Furthermore, the form should be changed so it is impossible for the submitter to choose more than one distance value. I hope this gets some serious attention and that it reaches the right person who agrees with my assessment. =JWR
