Looks a lot like a planet if it was moving surely it would disappear from frame as cam operator wouldn't be able to predict its path no other point of reference in frame (not visible on my phone anyway) means its easy to shake camera also looks like max zoom at times It may be ET but not convincing enough for me

I would say a star due to the twinkling colors and slow movement. Not enough references in the video though. I plan to do some comparison videos soon of these items. Many reports come in of this phenomena and typically is a star. Remember to check your star charts etc before assuming unidentified. Common mis-ID.

It could have been a satelite. I have seen five at once across the sky at nite . They blink red ,yellow ,green, and blue at the same time. They look like they're 25- 100 miles apart in the sky in a straight line .

After viewing this video, it does not appear to be moving, I will have to also say this is just a star.
