Cigar UFO With Band

A band is reported in some Cigar or Cylinder UFO sightings. Below illustrated depictions.

This inventor exposes the cigar and cylinder shape UFO with bands. It uses high voltage low current electric field. It's not DC ionic wind. Probably buoyant.

This sort of craft could have been pioneered 50 or 60 years ago.
