Former British MoD Nick Pope appearing on C2C AM said a lot of interesting things on the Pentagon's UFO Program. url: www.coasttocoastam.com/show/2017/12/26url" www.nickpope.net/One thing he emphasized was the trend of privatizing intelligence. This has advantages and disadvantages and I'll use Robert Bigelow as an example. ------------------------------------- Pros (For the Government or Private Player Involved) It lessens government culpability. So emphasis is on Bigelow when it comes to UFOs, he collects FAA reports, since he's now the authority and not the government. Information controlled by a private entity can not be attained by an FOIA request. So if BAASS, NIDS et al. have some interesting UFO cases it's up to Robert Bigelow if anyone sees it. He can also destroy the files and not get into trouble. ----------------------------------- Cons There is the potential for abuse because of a lack of accountability or transparency. The public is not in the loop. Only those with connections. There is the potential for insider threats, leaks. i.e whistle blowers e.g. Luis Elizondo. Possibly even spies.
Nick Pope also talked or speculated about the material Robert Bigelow may be holding and a way to tell if it was indeed ET. i.e. Isoptopes. He also commented of the money amount ($22 million) for the program (Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program) through the DoD and that it would have been significant in researching UFOs based on Pope's experience working at the British MoD.

MUFON is kind of like that too with the non disclosure agreements but people can read the reports = www.ufostalker.com/Now the problem there, as well as NUFORC =http://www.nuforc.org/ is can you really trust un named reports? Also the part about isotopes. I believe this has already been done by Roger Lear when he was still alive with alien implants. The isotopes on some of the implants was similar to an asteroid. The privatizing intelligence reminds me of the rumors NICAP under Donald Keyhoe was infiltrated. suffice (it) to say the good old days when a government official like Allen Hynek working for Blue Book investigating UFO reports, knocking on doors, the trustful concerned government engaging with the public are over. Everything now is about spin doctoring and special interest or big money interest. One solution to counter privatized UFO gathering by the likes of Bigelow is open source UFO research. Emphasis should be put on transparency and the public sharing of information. People can go on record if they want to. ------------------- UFO Research that's transparent, free to joe public: disclosure.proboards.comnawewtech.angelfire.com

Good info. I like how you state examples. There are indeed alleged alien implants that according to Roger Lear show unusual isotopes. In this video under "Analytical Test Performed On Specimen."
Dr Roger Leir Presents New Startling Findings Alien Implant Research
At the 27:00 minute mark
"Showed trace elements consistent of meteoric origin"
"Showed isotopic ratios of elements proving extraterrestrial origin"
