Since Dr Willy Smith was associated with MUFON, I thought members of the MUFON forum might be interested to hear that his relatively hard to find book “On Pilots and UFOs” (1997) is now available online as a free download.
I have made a scan of that book and uploaded it on the Internet as a PDF file at the link below, with the generous permission of Willy Smith’s widow, Terry Long:

I've posted an overview, with links to documents and other information relevant to the incidents covered in that book, on the AboveTopSecret.com.
I'm not sure whether it is more polite to give a link to that forum or duplicate everything here. I'll go for the former option, but don't mind at all if a moderator replaces this paragraph and the link with the information/images from that link:

I'd like to express my appreciation to Dr Willy Smith's widow, Terry Long, for agreeing to make the book available online free of charge and also to Dr Richard Haines for agreeing to allow his foreword to the book to be included in the downloadable copy of "On Pilots and UFOs".
