Police report UFO sighting over Ocean Shores
A UFO was spotted over Ocean Shores earlier this week – alert the media. (Hey, that’s me.)
The glowing red light was spotted near the beach Tuesday evening, and police officers were among those who saw the object.
NW Cable News reports:
Around 8:15 p.m. several people reported seeing a glowing glob of red light that traveled north along the beach. It paused, then went westbound over the ocean at a high rate of speed before it disappeared.
Police are investigating whether the object was a radio-controlled plane. The Mutual UFO Network is also investigating, but we don’t know what that organization’s best guess is at this point.
You might say Ocean Shores is getting a reputation for being a little weird. The coastal town gained notoriety lately as the hometown of publicity-seeking child bride Courtney Stodden.
