UFO In Mesquite, TX?

This picture was taken by a friend of my grandson, when he was working late last night at Kroger (Clay Mathis Rd. & Faithon P. Lucas). He said the lights were very bright and they were moving across the sky.

The lights are kind on near power lines but look more in the distance. Acoording to the witness the objects were moving. Don't know what to think of that photo.
