I hope I am doing this right I have never posted in a forum before. I had to tell my story and see if anyone has ever saw what I saw because I think about it constantly and can't wrap my mind around what I seen!? This occurred June 22nd 2012 just at dusk. We are located in northern lower MI in a town called Alpena. Well on this night we went to my husbands uncles to help patch up some holes in the eves where bats were nesting. His uncles is located about 1/2 hr away in a small town called Lachine. It is heavily wooded where we were and very quiet. As it was getting dark we were waiting for all the bats to start coming out so we knew they would be gone before the area was patched up. My husband then pointed something out coming towards us and it was a dark black object. It was moving very slow..slower then a bird and completely moving across the sky sideways. I kept looking at this thing as it got closer with this feeling of something isn't right. I have never seen something move so slow and straight across the sky. Now this object was not really far away it was only about 3 telephone poles high above the tree line. It made no noise, there was no movement coming from it. It moved so slow we got a good min or so of looking and walking around the yard trying to figure out what it was. We could not make out any details and my husband has very good eye sight. it wasn't balloons, a kite, a bird, owl, plane, I have never in my life seen this before..It had this weird shape to it, almost like a hunched over thing? It didn't have any lights or glow either. I don't know but I tell you this I'm glad my husband seen this with me cause nobody would ever believe me! If anyone has any thoughts on this plz be kind to share..My 8 yr old daughter seen this with us also and now she is terrified of it. We went back the next night and I took binoculars and a camera but it didn't go by again.

What we saw had alot more mass and looked like it would be extreamly heavy and solid...it was low enough to see there wasn't a guy manuvering it like the picture u sent. Almost like a huge black rock? It was like it had a over hang tip on the top and moving in the way a man walks upright? It so hard to describe something you have never seen before. I was looking on Mufons website and came across another story very similar to what I seen in NC Jan of 2011. Maybe it is military..I don't know but I feel alot better knowing I'm not the only one who has seen this thing.

Wow Brooke, that's very interesting. I live in Michigan as well. We've seen many UFOs (ones that look like flying stars), but have never seen anything like that. This is very unusual. I should start going out earlier in the evening to look up at the skies!! How intense this must have been for you. The image you show here of the object looks VERY close. To see something of this nature even closer would be, wow.....

Yea it's crazy to even tell people that I seen something like this cause it seems so hard to believe. I figured if I ever saw anything it would be the usual lights in the sky kind of thing ya know? All I know is it still bothers me and not a day goes by that I don't think about it. I have discused this with my husband many times trying to come to some kind of explanation of what it was we saw...we cannot come up with anything. I can't say I want to see this again because of the feelings I got when I seen it..something just wasn't right. Maybe someday someone else will see it and somehow figure out what it is.

i definately believe what you saw. I live in London and about 3 days ago (sunday night), around half past 10 (it was one of the hottest weekends this year so that night was perfectly clear skies, absolutely no cloud/ etc and could see every gold spec in the dark blue sky) I saw a trapezium shaped craft gliding very slowly through the sky. this thing was only 3-4 storeys above me and very flat. There were gold doted lights going across the craft in an wide M shape. These lights didnt give off light but they glowed, if that makes sense, as though someone had put them on a dimmer setting or something. I am absolutely certain of what I saw, and although transparent black i could clearly make out the edges and shape of the craft. there is definately something out there!

I am so glad I found this thread again. The main link to the forum on the mufon site is not loading. At any rate, I found this video randomly tonight and at about 3.40 it shows a being running and taking off - forming the shape you saw!!! [glow=red,2,300][/glow]I have read about these flying humanoid things in La ,Mexico and even in Washington DC one of them attacked a police officer who was inside of his patrol car . There are many creatures on this planet and we don't know where they come from .

Maybe it was the black night the satellite of course much closer to earth. Or what ever it was they thought they were cloaked.
