based on the research ive put together id guess and assume that advanced tech to the modern public is actually just the garbage made decades ago. motorola came into existence before world war two. the proof was in the first cell phone. ive talked  before about but i dont remember that often. so there was a picture of a man talking to a small compact box, held up to his ear, he was carrying a conversation says most everyone from the pictures time and having been at the scene. the picture i cannot recall if it was more of a photobomb on his part. he may not have noticed nor cared. but this is just one part. ive heard various theories and thoughts about various things ive placed on a mental wall. what sticks is the theory of rapid advancements are much more rapid. black market technology is exponentially farther ahead. i call it black market because its hushed or generally cut off. and it does dark things to have it happen or be made. lots of the points on this wall point to theories that look like some past events happened way earlier in time. the conspiracy of a fake moon landing was large on many questions for example. ive heard some high class elite level humans. one had pointed out that the moon was reached late 40s early 50s. 

i dont have solid ntel but id like to hear theories based on tech that was created earlier than the public was led to believe. on epoint to make is those military grade implants that shadow federal people will place in you. aliens use oraganic gunk. its more like tech paste like we just were told about and hinted at in modern tech. those tiny electronics you find are human made and human placed.  ive got no path to the site anymore but there is some stuff that should be searched regarding MILABS. those are military abductions. there are stories out there if you look.

The global Nuclear war of 12,000 BC included asteroid strikes against this planet (12,000 years is more than enough to wipe out traces of an alien occupation of this planet).

One of the strikes in the artic tilted the earths axis where now we have hotter summers and
colder winters. It raised sea levels and wiped out most of the human race. What survived lost
their high tech from the aliens setting man back to the stone age.


When Erich von Däniken wrote his Ancient Astronaut theory what sea levels were in the last Ice Age was not taken into consideration.

More additional land than Eurupe anc Australia combined. So then Underwater scuba divers
knew where to look and several cities pre dating recorded civilization were discovered.
The above the surface cities were the objects of looters and new structures on older foundations.

A Nuclear holocost that defeated the Aliens who attempted to colonize this planet by another

Infact after the aliens withdrew, civilizations attempted to rule the masses the same way.
That the aliens didnt share their advanced technology explains mans decline in civilization to
pick up again about 1,000 bc.

phillipplaitklasss.. I really like your hypothesis. I would like to take it a step further if I may. It is my belief that the two races were one race in the middle of a civil war. In an episode of either Hanger 1 or UFO files declassified (do not remember) it was said that a planet may have existed and was destroyed. This destruction formed the kuiper belt. It is my belief that the race lived on this planet and on Mars. I hypothesis this civil war ended with mars being unlivable and the destruction of the other planet. This forced the remaining people of that race to settle on Earth. Neither side willing to forgive the other continued their war on earth. it is my belief that it was this continuation of the war that lead to the incidents in your hypothesis. I believe some may have stayed behind to help direct us their "offspring" or "legacy" in the right direction. Over time they died off and so did their secrets. Since then we have been visited by other races checking on our progress and insuring we do not end up like the first "incarnate of man" race. I do not have proof of this and again this is only my belief.
