In mid june 2012 I was in the town of Mulhiem an Der Ruhr in Germany visiting my folks and I saw something in the sky.
It wasn't like the videos of UFO's that I've seen. It wasn't balls of light zigzagging about nor any kind UFO depicted in Sci-fi movies. It was huge. It appeared in daylight in the skies to the west of me. It was shaped like a torpedo cigar. It was matte silver with no surface details that I could make out. And then it vanished, it didn't speed off, it just vanished.
I was barbecuing on the balcony when I saw it. It was visible for maybe a second or two.
I rushed inside to see if anyone else had seen anything out the window in the kitchen but they hadn't. I told them what I saw. My brother said I most probably saw a zeppelin as there is a zeppelin port near Mulhiem.
I know what zeppelins look and sound like as they fly about quite often here but this thing was no zeppelin. it was huge, maybe two kilometers long.
Anyway, I just needed to get this out there.
