More than I would like to admit to I have had a lot of missing time. I saw my first ufo when I was 5 before I should of known what a ufo was but yet my eyes were instantly drawn to it. Several time threw out my life I have had some crazy interactions but just kept them to myself. Lately I feel as if I have nights where I'm missing time quite frequently. Now I'm I wan't to know the truth about what happened and would like to seek out a Regression Hypnosis therapist for my own sanity. I live in Tampa Fl. If anybody has any good recommendations I would be grateful.

Missing time is associated with the alien abduction phenomenon. Alien abduction researcher Bud Hopkins wrote a book called Missing Time. The aliens allegedly can insert screen memories and forced amnesia. See: nawewtech.angelfire.com/alienabduction.html

Before you begin reading information from others, might I recommend following through and delving into your own experiences first. Any information you read from others has the potential to "effect" your subconscious. I'm admittedly no psychologist however it stands to reason that your mind might attempt to add or incorporate the information you read from others giving you the feeling or impression that it is your own experience. MUFON has an experiencer section where you can (if you choose) share information and participate in gather additional information about your experiences. MUFON may even be able to put you in contact with hypnotherapist to assist in the recovery of additional information and details of your experiences. Below is a link to the section of the MUFON webpage for those who may have had experience similar to your own. www.mufon.com/experiencer.html
